Kreative Dedicated Moguls (KDM) Community.  Become a part of our small business community where promoting small businesses to the next level is what we are all about!!!!

Vendors are responsible for bringing 1 table (not larger than 6ft) , chairs, tent (if an outside event) and cleaning their area after the event.

We reserve the right to censor any booth.

Food vendors are required to have their business license, food permit and insurance.

Vendors are responsible for remitting MS sales tax.

Vendor agrees to assume all liability for damages or loss caused to the premises on their exhibit area by reason of their exhibit and agree to indemnify and hold harmless KDMPOPUP,  the sponsor of the event, its directors, officers and members for all liability which might ensue by reason of his/her exhibit or presence at the event.

Vendors shall indemnify KDMPOPUP  against all liability resulting from negligence of the vendor, their agents or employees and shall reimburse KDMPOPUP  for any loss or expense incurred by reason of negligence. KDMPOPUP  is not responsible and does not guarantee against loss or damage due to theft, fire, wind, hail, rain, accident, sunlight, cold or injury or etc.

Within 3 days,  applications will receive market information  via email.

All fees are non-negotiable/non-refundable.
 

**If market is closed due to  the discretion of the owner, reservations will be transferred to a later date. There are no refunds granted for cancellations.**

SETUP TIME: Vendors come 1 hour before the market start time to setup.  Market Location: 117 Front St, Edwards MS 39066

PROMOTE THE EVENT:   Additional promotion will be provided as such.  KDM  Popup will provide a flyer for the event. Vendors will post the flyer to their account through a new post and a story 1-2 weeks prior to the event.  Vendors will invite 3 guests to the market.

FREE MARKETING 
Market vendors get  FREE marketing 
  • Join KDM Virtual Marketplace Facebook group.  Your brand will be promoted in the group through product/service posts.
  • Your brand will be promoted in the KDM Virtual Marketplace online upon vendor fee payment  until  1 month after the event for others to shop your brand.  The marketplace is also advertised on social media platforms. (Must have social media account or website)

 

Complete the application form and submit payment.

REQUIRED: I understand that there are no refunds or transfers for any reason. Once your application is submitted, changes can not be made.
VENDOR: I understand that I am expected to stay the full market hours.
VENDOR: I understand, If I do leave early, I may not be considered for future markets (physical).
VENDOR: I understand KDM is not responsible for customer merchandise complaints, but will provide customer with vendor information.
VENDOR: I understand Adult Novelty and alcoholic Items are not allowed at market or virtual.
